Teaching, Mentoring, and Service

Prof. Krasnok teaches quantum engineering and computational electromagnetic topics with reproducible, hands-on workflows.

Teaching

Prof. Krasnok launched FIU's first undergraduate/graduate quantum-computing sequence, EEE 4423 and EEE 6429. Courses use Qiskit, Python, reproducible notebooks, recorded modules, and no-cost materials.

Mentoring

Mentoring emphasizes rigorous modeling, Python/Jupyter workflows, simulation, measurement practice, documentation, publication-quality figures, and technical writing.

Professional Service

Service includes Co-Director leadership for the FIU Quantum Initiative, associate editorship for Photonics Research, editorial board service for Advanced Photonics Nexus and Reviews on Advanced Materials Science, guest editing, and IEEE RAPID session organization.
